The Two-Phase Approach
The Vampire Facelift® works in two phases. First, hyaluronic acid filler is used to restore facial volume and structure — lifting sagging areas, restoring youthful contours, and creating the architectural foundation for the face. Then, PRP is injected into the same areas, releasing growth factors that stimulate collagen production, improve skin quality, and create lasting biological regeneration.
Why Combine Filler with PRP?
Filler alone provides immediate structural improvement but does not address the underlying biology of aging skin. PRP alone stimulates regeneration but cannot replace lost volume. Together, they address both the structural and biological dimensions of facial aging — producing results that look more natural and last longer than either treatment alone.
Additionally, PRP has been shown to improve the longevity of hyaluronic acid fillers by stimulating the production of hyaluronic acid by the skin's own fibroblasts — potentially extending the duration of filler results.
